Practice Clarity Co., LLC provides business and financial consulting services for licensed therapists in private practice.

All content and services are provided for business education and consulting purposes only.

Practice Clarity Co., LLC does not provide therapy, clinical supervision, mental health treatment, or investment and financial advisement. No therapist-client, clinician-patient, or supervisory relationship is created through use of this Site or participation in any offering.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or participate in any Practice Clarity Co. offering.

By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and are participating voluntarily.

3. Lawful Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Fees for consulting sessions, packages, or digital offerings are disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Practice Clarity Co., LLC does not store sensitive payment information.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are disclosed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Refund requests for consulting packages are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, frameworks, materials, downloads, and graphics is the intellectual property of Practice Clarity Co., LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content without prior written permission.

The Earn. Manage. Build. framework is the intellectual property of Practice Clarity Co., LLC.

7. No Guarantees

Practice Clarity Co., LLC makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue results, or financial improvements. Results depend on individual practice circumstances, participation, and factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Clarity Co., LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in services.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms including YNAB, Stripe, and scheduling tools. Practice Clarity Co., LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
